The Rhythm at Music Row invited several local designers to create models for their new condo. Our team designed the space on a 850 sq.ft. studio space.
We wanted the space to be feminine and beautiful but with an edge.
We used LOTS of mirrors, industrial, yet glamorous lighting and playful fabrics.
We were very happy with the results and are happy to report the unit sold!

Our team worked on a model home with a tight budget in a new condo building in the Germantown neighborhood. The room had great bones for the “before” and a creative use of decor in the “after”.
