Nashville Stage
November 17, 2010
Staging is not really our thing… but when a client is ready to sell a second home, our arm can be twisted.
In this case, we took all of the furniture that we were replacing in the new house, and used it to stage the old.
If I need to label the above photos “Before” and “After”, we have some serious thinking to do about a career change.
Alas, the house is a pretty little gem in East Nashville with a modern kitchen and bath, but enough oldy-newy mix to still feel charming.
Our strategy was to offer buyers a clear floor plan along with an idealized lifestyle vibe. Organic food in the pantry, party dress in the closet and a chic trench coat by the front door. That’s my life… isn’t it yours?!
Turnkey, indeed!
